Friends of the Lyceum Schoolhouse (FLS) is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization which partners with Charlotte Grange to restore and upgrade the historic Lyceum Schoolhouse/Grange Hall in East Charlotte. Our goal is an attractive, versatile and accessible resource for the whole community. Our work is supported by tax deductible donations from the many people who share this vision, and from organizations such as the Preservation Trust of Vermont and the Department of Historic Preservation, State of Vermont. Grants are generally awarded on a matching basis which means that our own fundraising must cover 50% of the costs. Your help is key to the success of this effort to preserve and strengthen this historic resource.
