Save the date for the 2026 East Charlotte Tractor Parade!

The Charlotte Library, the Charlotte Grange, Charlotte's 4-H Club, and the Cotton Candy Lady will be stationed in the Grange parking lot with children's games and activities, free popcorn, a free children's book bin, and cotton candy for purchase.  The Grange Hall will be open if you want to take a look around.  Our parking lot is just one stop along a family friendly event-filled stretch of Spear St. between Green Mountain Hay and Charlotte General Store. Tractor Parade starts at 1pm, departing from Green Mountain Hay.
