The East Charlotte Tractor Parade will be starting from Green Mountain Hay at 1pm!

Spear Street will be closed from 12:30-3pm between the General Store and Green Mountain Hay. Fun, food, and music will be found all along the route! The Charlotte Grange Parking Lot will host kid friendly activities and cotton candy for sale. The Grange Hall will be open and Grange Members will be providing free freshly popped popcorn and tours of the building to visitors.
